This European Standard specifies the appropriate technical measures to eliminate or reduce risks arising from significant hazards during commissioning, operation and maintenance. 1.3 This European Standard does not deal with the exclusive feeding with shears alone, with the transport of the melted glass post by its own weight in free fall or by trueing (gob feeder, see EN 13042-1).1.4 This document is not applicable to handling machines for feeding which are manufactured before the date of publication of this document by CEN.
