Scope
1.1 These test methods cover the procedures for testing vulcanized fibre (Note 1)) sheets, tubes, and rods of such grades as can be used for electrical insulation.
Note 1-The variant spelling "fibre" as an industry accepted practice has been approved by Committee D-9 for use in these test methods.1.2 The procedures appear in the following sections:
